# Laboratory

In the Laboratory, we can combine different plants to produce more advanced drugs in the form of Crystals. The functions of Crystals include:

* Every Crystal assigned to the Casino increases its passive income by 50 Amero.
* Crystals permanently raise the stats of our commander - more on this in the "Territories" section.
* Crystals are needed to fulfill the most profitable contracts from the gold tier - more on this shortly in the section: "Contracts".
